The finish work wasn't neat. I got a mani and pedi with my 4 year old spent 96.00 once I looked up and close on her nails also lots of missing spots and polish all over her skin.
Rude staff and horrible customer service. They will talk shit about you and complain about your nail style choice in their language.
Another update: The nail salon fixed my pointer fingernail. They were happy to do so. It looks like the gel on this nail just didn't get enough time under the UV light. It's really rare that this happens. Update the gel on my pointer fingernail started to come off! I've never had this happen before with gel. I'm going to call them tomorrow to see if they'll fix it. I'll update this review tomorrow. I have been here a few times and have been meaning to write a review. This is probably my favorite nail salon in this area. Everyone is very friendly and professional...they know what they're doing. Today I decided to do something different and get Halloween themed nails. I love them! I highly recommend this nail salon.
I would not recommend this place. They took 3 hours when I get the dip manicure and it was not very good. They didn't push my cuticles down to even get the dip all the way down on the nail. Less than 1 week and they are already chipping off...
The absolute worst service. I came in and asked for a manicure and a fill in. The owner started and didn't even do the manicure. They're extremely over priced. I asked for clear shellac and it was and additional $20. He shaped my nails awfully. I asked for a refund because during my session I asked him to fix it which he made an attempt and failed miserably. I asked to speak with a manager and they told I'd have to wait 15 mins. I lm so blown away PA conducts their business. Second day in a row, second salon that has no idea how to do nails. The picture speaks for itself. First pic is what they did l. Sexily pic I ran to target l, bought a nail file and cuticle oil(because he didn't even put any) and fixed them. Oh and my service took maybe 10 smh $25 wasted.
