Best Nails & Spa in Forest, VA

Beware. owner women  charged me $80.00 for a full set.  On their wall it says 35 full set, I told her long and Oval.  She did not convey she would charge me more for a millimeter longer in length which cost them absolutely nothing in powder.  The whole time she never told me she would charge so much.  I asked for Oval and long she gave me a short and coffin style, I told her no please Oval and long so she had to rip off the nails when she did not follow instructions first period then she charged me an extra $40 stating they are super long they were not that long they look nice but it is not as some of the ranks that are two inches long.  I ended up having to go home shave it to an Oval look and use my equipment as they were sharp edges.  I tried to call her and politely ask why it would be double the price for only a little bit longer then short nails.  She yelled "NO super long I don't care don't come back "and hung up on me. Dismisses should treat customers fair for repeat customers. I got a better price at the medical spa then I did here. They will gauge you at the end. The husband did not care either, he should learn to understand his customers or he won't have any. Horrible business that came to America.

this place has given me a decent manicure AT BEST. however, since this place is pretty much right next to my house me and my mom tried it right after they opened hve returned a few times in the years since. my mom is a salon owner, so we did notice the strange looking cosmetology licenses that were partially covered with dollar bills... implying that they didn't even have current cosmetology licenses and shouldn't have been practicing. went back a few weeks ago for a pedicure, it was not a good experience. the lady doing my moms feet rushed the guy doing my feet so they turned out really bad and we're chipping within a few days. go to joy nails in wyndhurst! never had a bad experience there.

Wow i can not even believe this place. They should not even be allowed to touch anyone's nails. If you can not do a simple ombre than just hang it up. I went in today to get this ombre and ended up with this hot mess and when i told her to fix it she refused! I will never go to this place again! Beyond horrible. My 9 year old could have done a better job!

Yelled at me because I was telling him that HIS finger touched and smeared the tip of my french pedicure. He was antsy and in a rush the entire time anyway, fussing and jumping around with the mother/mother in law. Bottom Line: I am the customer, and I want my feet to look the way I am PAYING for them to look! You don't get mad at me when I am telling you that you didn't clean up my cuticles enough or you smeared my polish. I will never return here. First and last time!

Absolutely horrible experience! They were so so harsh and brutal with my nails. I asked for acrylics which were supposed to be 25 bucks and then cost 40 and she sanded the acrylics down so much that it was pretty much my real nail again. The tools they used barely worked and they just kept abusing and shaving down my nails and now my nails hurt sooooo bad. I can barely touch them against something without feeling like they're gonna snap! They didn't ask what specific length I wanted or shape they just went in and anything I said they pretty much ignored. I'm a shy person so I just went a long with it but I'm so pissed that I wasted my money at this place.
