Best Cuts in Fresno, CA

This place is now horrible and awful!!! Before the hair stylists were kind, easy-going, and left the hair like you wanted. Now they leave the hair like they want even if its ugly and whatever shit job! Either the hair stylist was on her menstrual cycle or had a hearing impediment that day I got my hair done because she did not want to listen to me on how I wanted my hair done and thought I was interrupting her when I only talked a few times about my hair. Previous hair stylists in that same location were not bothered on how I wanted my hair done when I mentioned to them a few times. I do not know what the hell was that hair stylist's problem for not listening to the customer. If it were the other way around, she would definitely want to have her hair done exactly like she wants and not how the hair stylist wants. Also, the other hair stylists are rude, obnoxious, and badly educated because all of a sudden now you barely take a seat to get your hair done, and they start saying very offensive and disrespectful things about you, the customer, for no apparent reason or without being provoked. It should no longer be called "Best Cuts", but the "Worst Cuts!" They lost a customer for good because no way I am returning there!!!

I got the best haircut from a friendly stylist. I was made more than welcome and got what I was looking for. I am a satisfied customer. Thank you Kelley.

PLEASE BEWARE: I came upon the salon as I was in the shopping plaza and this place happen to be a few feet from where I parked. It have a 4 Stars rating and so I thought that maybe blending and touching up layers will be a simple task to do. When I walked in; being as empty as they are, I was directed straight to a stylist whom is a Mexican lady maybe in her late 40s. She sat me down as I gave her my request. She then began cutting right away without wetting nor prepping my hair properly. While cutting my hair she groan and made expressions like she was force to do it which made me feel uncomfortable. She ended up ruining my old layers and added more uneven layers so I kindly told her that I will keep it as is and rather not have her cut and fix it anymore. She immediately got offended and told me to move over so she can show me where she put the layers in my hair that "I know so much about." She claimed that I only had 2 layers before which is why my hair came out like that. She was getting mad and started to provoke me by asking question such as "what you don't like about it huh?", "Tell me why you don't like it" in a angry tone as I proceed to tell her that it's not what I asked for but I don't need her to fix it and I would like to just pay and leave. After paying her she angrily yelled "thank you" as I turned away. I went across the street to Great Cut and even the stylist there was surprise and talk about how bad my layers were cut. Please don't give this place any business. I will let all of my friends and family know to avoid this place.

I asked for a specific haircut. Short tapered cut,also had a photo. The stylist, said she could do it. What a joke, she left it the same style I had but slightly shorter. I will not ever go back. I will have another recommended salon or stylist correct her mess .

Excellent service at Best Cuts. They are super friendly and welcoming. Kelley took the time and care to make sure my hair cut was perfect. I will definitely return.
