Was very hopeful to come in and get a refreshed look before having my baby. The first thing I'd say is they have a non spoken policy of no refunds; after my first session & leaving with curled hair I had came home and after going through sections realized there wasn't much actually done to my hair. I brought the issue up to Veronica, the stylist who did my hair and was able to return with no problem to get it redone. After explaining my concerns with my hair she tried fixing it again but overall it did not get fixed ( I will leave photos ). I have it about a week to see if the colors would fade a bit more to be brighter , we were aiming to get a balayage done since she's had a special going on for 120 After I sent her more photos and told her I didn't think another session would be beneficial she told me refunds or even partial refunds weren't my a part of her policy and that I could come in again in another week after the holidays. I'll be ready to give birth at that time and unfortunately do not have the patience to sit in a chair for that many hours again to leave with unsatisfactory results. As hopefully and willing to work on the problem I was; I don't think I'll be returning & at ucks I have to find another stylists to fix this problem resulting in more money being spent with no resolution before the holiday season while wrying to welcome a new baby. I'd advise getting a consultation before, going over their policy's, and asking them to not over book themselves as that seemed to be another issue. In the photos I have a picture of what my inspo pic was; next to that what I came in with. Followed by the first session; a picture of the second session taken at night and then the same session in the sun. . The goal was a balayage and I feel my results came no where close.
