I had Linh and he did a good job with my hair. A little bit more red than I cared for, but that happens. I spent two years growing out my hair because of a bad experience that left my hair fried. I was understandably anxious but thought the results were great. My disappoint lies with the staff. 1st appointment: (couple of months ago) We text back and forth because I was interested in a quote and possibly getting in sooner. They offered me an earlier appointment, I was really excited! Arrived and there was no appointment on the books and it was apparent that they were having to squeeze me in. No big deal, accidents happen. Luckily, my thin caucasian hair is relatively easy to deal with so it didn't require a lot of time, patience, etc. Really liked the color even if it was a little too red. Cost: $280.00. I think the cost alone reflects that my hair isn't that much trouble, especially because it was virgin hair. 2nd appointment: Requested a quote and never heard back. I just wanted a root touch up and figured it would be around $150.00, maybe a bit more. Literally 1.5 inches of virgin hair that just needed to be matched at the same color as before. Got a text to see if I would come in earlier in the day. I said possibly and inquired about the quote I requested. Quote was a base rate of $300.00. $20.00 more than what it cost me to have all my hair done, 2 colors. tl;dr: Linh is great. He will get you what you want. However, it is the scheduling and communication that's an issue. Oh, and they have increased their prices significantly.

My mom and I have been getting our hair done with Liz for a while now and she is excellent! So personable and does an amazing job. Everyone at be scene is amazing :)

Amazing. Simply amazing. My stylist is Liz and I've never walked out of this salon without feeling fabulous. Liz is just great and very educative on the do's and don'ts when it comes to my hair. I've never felt more comfortable with myself like I do now. Thanks Liz!

I love Bescene! My stylist is Liz and she really makes the experience a meaningful one. She works with you to get your hair exactly where you want it, within reason of course, and she takes the time to discuss the health of your hair rather than just focusing on the styling aspects. Usually the place is packed when I'm there but everyone is friendly and willing to make your trip a positive one!

I've been getting haircuts with Victoria Em for about a year now. I'm so glad she's back at Be Scene because it's so much closer to home! I encourage ladies who go here to recommend Victoria for all your men haircuts because she's so clean at skin fades and anything I throw at her. She also is very helpful with product recommendations and is easy to converse with for those who don't fall asleep during haircuts. I told her I have tried so many hair products in the past and I wanted something similar to Gatsby hairwax with a stronger hold. She recommended me layrite cement hold which is my all time favorite hair product. She's always keeping me so fresh and so clean. The Be Scene team is so talented and I can't wait to see what the new place is all about. I would give this place and Victoria more starts but I cannot.
