I would give 0 stars, terrible customer service and never asked if you need help. Out of all the Ulta's I've been to NEVER had I experienced this. I got bad vibes just by the looks they give. Go to OKC on west gate market, they'll make sure you are always satisfied! Never coming here again.
I am usually not a Ulta shopper. It's very intimidating for me to pick beauty products. I went in and asked if someone could help me. There wasn't a wait. A lady from the salon helped me out. I was in need of a flat iron. She was fabulous she answered all of my questions on flat iron, shampoo conditioner, even the salon. I was well informed and she made me feel welcome. I guest i would have to comeback again.
Terrible customer service. Employees always se to disappear whenever customers need assistance.
My daughter was just in there for 20 min. Zero help. Asked 2 different employees and got the 1 min response. I watched the whole thing. Crappy customer care.
Found both products on Amazon and 20% cheaper.

Incredibly disappointing visit to Ulta in Yukon. Their salon was recommended to me by a friend as I was looking to get a haircut. I made an appointment online and arrived on time. When I walked over to the salon area, there were two stylists who were working on other customers, they both looked up at me and did not acknowledge me, greet me, or ask if I had an appointment. I waited a little longer, but still nothing. Another employee approached me asking if I needed help and said she would let the stylist know, who had already finished with her previous customer. Another fifteen minutes later and still no update and the stylist never approached me. A total of 30 minutes passed, at which point I wanted no service from this store. Never experienced terrible customer service like this at any store or salon. I will not be coming back here and would not recommend this location to anyone.
