This store was a mess today. Huge sale supposed to start today, and no signs posted for it at all. When the employees finally finished their personal conversation and came to help me, they had no clue what I was talking about. Shelves were not stocked well and not easy to find anything. I spend a lot of money there, and will find somewhere else now.

I was never so disappointed in the service and cleanliness of the store and workers. They were rude. My sister and I stood there for 20 minutes to check out and ended up walking out not purchasing anything. This was on October 12th at 7:30 pm

Went here to get my hair done. Asked for blonde and wound up with brassy orange! My stylist told me it would cost $120 for "color correction" at the start of the appointment and then ended up charging me $260 for brassy hair and chemical burns. I will never be going here again and will be sure to warn everyone I know!

Never fails Every time I've managed to come into this store they are so rude! I try avoiding it at all cost. I usually stock up in Omaha or when I'm on a trip. If Sephora has what I'm looking for I'd rather go there if I'm in Sioux City. Last trip I was rung up by someone named Sarah. Talk about attitude! It's so sad.

Meh. I've been once and honestly, that'll probably be my only time. I wasn't really impressed enough to go to the location. I'd rather just shop my makeup at Saphora or Walmart. (Since this Ulta is its own separate building and location.)

The place was clean, and deserted. I was the only customer other than one girl at the salon. Several employees walked by me and didn't even say hello. I was obviously looking and looking. I came in looking for a fun pallet of some sort for a gift and actually never really found one. I understood how the place was organized because the signage was good but I really would have liked a little customer service. I didn't seek anyone out; I had no specific questions. But if someone would have offered to help me find, or suggest anything, I probably would have spent more than $13.

I really wish they had a clearance 'section' instead of stickers just marking what was clearanced in the brand areas. Now, maybe the marketing rules don't allow that, but I spent a lot of time trying to locate anything on clearance...heck, trying to find where the darn prices were listed in general...and almost everything marked clearance was out. Typical because it was clearance, but if the product is gone......why still have the signage there? Not like you're going to get new clearance stuff sent to the store.

I noticed a lot of the makeup was slightly damaged or used. I had to open about 7 tubes of lipstick before I found the one I purchased because it looked like someone used it or it had huge dents in it or smudges on the outter tube. Not something I would want to gift.

What really annoyed me was having to WAIT for someone to notice I was at the cash register. I was the ONLY CUSTOMER IN THE PLACE! You'd think an employee would have their eye on me in case I needed help. Nope. Now the girl who did ring me up was super cool and did her job well. I just wish I didn't have to stand there and look/feel stupid for so long before she came from the back of the store to help me.

I buy Cover Girl anyways. You can get that anywhere.
