This ulta has a very upbeat vibe with employees who seem to enjoy their job and know their stuff about all things makeup and skincare. I like that I'm greeted each time I walk into this location and told to "have a great day" when I'm leaving. Everyone is smiling and has a positive attitude. Ulta is my happy place :)

Worst customer experience.  The person that waited on me was wearing a plain white t-shirt and was telling the man two registers over that he was cheating on her.  She completely ignored her when I asked her two questions.  She tried shoving all of my products in a tiny bag and I asked her for a bigger bag and she said the next bag is too big.  I told her I do not want those products spilling out all over my car, which they would and to please give me a bigger bag. A cashier should be listening to the customer, not flirting with the man two registers over and she looks like she just rolled out of bed.

Additionally, I could not try the new Billie Ellish perfume because it, as well as several other perfumes were either empty or missing the spray nozzles.

This is specifically for the salon. I love getting my hair done here! Everyone is friendly and as talkative as you want to be. My girl, FaithAnn, is a hair magician. My appointments are like we're hanging out, she's so fun. The set up in the salon is kept clean and the workers make you feel welcome and comfortable. Pricing varies based on the level of stylist but they have a price point that works for most everyone. Be honest about what you want done and they'll help you achieve your goals. So happy to have a good salon close to my house!

It is my go-to store for cosmetics and more! Love this store and all of the associates!

Yup, I've been here by myself and with my wife, so it's time to give my beautifully crafted review on a beauty store! I usually only go here to pick up my go to Armani cologne, but I do go here on occasion to pick up gifts for my wife, family, etc...so I have been in plenty of times. I have experienced really great customer service here and middle of the road service. I will say the store is a bit intimidating in terms of trying to find what you need. I remember going in near Christmas time, looking for a specific Grinch nail polish Ulta was promoting. A worker informed me they were out, because their main display was empty, however, when i went to check out they actually had bottles next to the registers. I know there is a ton of tiny products to manage here, so it's tough to know if you have product and where the heck it is, but I'm definitely going to be the first to say I will need help finding it. If I go in by myself, I pretty much just walk in and yell, "HELP!". Sometimes it works out and sometimes it doesn't. It seems like I end up just going home in most cases and ordering the product online.
