Scheduled an appointment a month in advance with Matelyn and she cancelled my appointment 10 minutes before getting there! Mind you I had to drive over an hour, no call back or anything..

I have been going to Belle for my hair and facials for years now and I have to say that I have had a great experience at both locations! Bree is a master for a great cut, style and color! My girls LOVE HER!!! If you want hair extensions- Sacha is your girl!! She is amazing! I also love that they invest in their stylists with education to ensure the latest techniques and technologies. There is such a great vibe and sense of community and friendship when you're there!

UPDATE: I was contacted by the owner, Josh, who had me come in to repair my color. He couldn't have been more gracious and we spent the morning laughing while he gave me the color I wanted in the first place and even better! Plus, he trimmed my hair which I didn't expect. I'm feeling much better about myself now and definitely plan to return to Josh for future cut and color.

The stylist I was supposed to have had an emergency so the receptionist told me Bob would be great and actually probably better.  She called it a happy accident.  She lied.  Bob "specializes in men's hair; I found this out later.   I have thick hair and I told him this.  I wanted highlights and I have him pictures to show him exactly what I was looking for.  Before any hairdressers come on saying people expect the impossible; know this.  My Mother and sister were hairdressers and taught as well; so don't bother making that claim.    Bob, mixed small amounts of product at a time, leaving me at least 7 times to mix more.  In the meantime I was over processing.   I tried to tell him what he was doing would damage my hair but he would not listen.  I was tired from work and trying not to be aggressive.   This was in March.  It's June and my hair is so burnt, it has to be cut short.  I've tried all kinds of products to try and keep my length as I was frowning my hair out for my son's wedding.   I was supposed to get a proper blow out and curl.  He barely blew it dry and then told me he was done because it took so long to do my hair that he was late with his next 2 appointments.   He still charged for the entire appointment even though he didn't complete it or do it right.   I told them I was not satisfied but never received a call.  The other stylists were turning out beautiful work.  Lesson: of you have long hair, don't use Bob.
