Belle Palace Nails and Spa Deptford Township in Deptford, NJ

I got my nails done here yesterday. I think the woman did my nails with her eyes closed. All of my nails are shaped differently and they all have different lengths. This was a SIMPLE manicure. This woman rushed so fast. I'm very fair so I will say she did a good job on my cuticles. I go to belle palace in Marlton and they always do a FANTASTIC job and I never have any complaints. I go to marlton every two to three weeks. This is my second time going to deptford Belle Palace and both times done by different people were both terrible services. I will not be returning to Belle Palace Deptford.

My nail tech was rude for an unknown reason and made me feel uncomfortable. she also made my finger bleed and was honestly no big deal I know it happens but she didn't apologize or care at all. i got the vibe that she didn't have time for me because she had reoccurring clients after me. I've been here before and service was ok. I'm giving 3 stars because she did a great job on my nails but otherwise won't be returning to this specific nail tech.

Last Sunday my friend and I got a manicure and pedicure. Something was not done correctly. The nail polish came off of both of us. Rip off! Don't waste your money!

I got the sports pedicure for the extra massage. It was ok not really worth $50 as I got very little extra in my opinion. It pretty much feels like a normal $35ish pedicure. Also I don't think her technique was great as it was a little painful at times. Also PAY with CASH. This is not posted but they charged me ab extra $1.50 for using my card. There should be a sign on the door. It was my first time here, how would I know? I only planned to tip in cash. One thing I did like was the people I encountered spoke excellent English. I didn't have trouble understanding. At some places it can be a challenge due to language barrier. Also of note, I like looking T bottles of polish. I don't get gel. So I'd rather pick a bottle from a shelf than looking at plastic nails and then they pick a similar shade. When I arrived there was no wait and I had looked at one board of colors so when I went back I didn't know what I wanted. She brought me back 1 board while I was soaking, so I had very limited choices and didn't get the color I had in mind. So overall it's a nice place. It seems clean. And it's spacious....you can't see everyone there because there's different sections offering privacy and more relaxation. However I think the pedicure was just average feeling but a little above average pricing. Bring cash!! And pick your color before you go back even if they have to wait a minute.

Not worth the money. Their service is poor and the attitude of their manager, Joel, is equally as poor. Too many other salons of higher quality than this one.
