I just started going before Christmas and I've been back 2 more times. Service is quick and polite I got a fill with a design , and pricing is fair..
I had a very pleasant experience, the nail tech engaged in conversation and was very nice and paid attention to detail with my nails. This was the best experience at a nail salon in a LONG time. Shout out to Yen. She was very sweet.
So genuinely this is the worst nail salon I've ever been to. The lady stood in front of the regular polish insisting I get gel even after I said I didn't want it. I got brown French tips and after she cut my cuticle until almost all of my nails bled, she then just painted half of my nail brown which is not at all what I asked for. Save your money.
I came for the easiest design (French tip with little red hearts). I asked them to give me acrylic for 3 nails because they're short. The man there did it sloppy and made it so thick. My nails were not the same shape and you can see streaks of the paint on my nails. When I asked them nicely to fix it and to make it the way I wanted it, they told me to leave and "never come back", cut the acrylic off and told me to go somewhere else. I'm never going there again. This is only my second time going there. Never again!!!
i was visiting family in NJ in november and we came to this salon. i got a gel french manicure and my cousin got a regular manicure. i cant remember the name of the guy who did my nails, but he did an excellent job. my cuticles looked good and the french shape was spot on, i just get them filed not cut and the shape was done nicely. if it was just me i would give them 5 stars, but the woman who did my cousins nails didnt as good of a job so im dropping it a star. my cousins cuticles werent totally cleaned up and she cut them kind of short. if i was in the area again i would come back and have the same person do my nails.
