she just got the color wrong after i specifically said i wanted a nude pink under the french tips about 5-6 times like anybody else would?! now my bare nails are showing and it looks hideous and i spent 2 and a half hours in there to spend $80 on sum ugly ass nails.

If I could leave zero, I would. I came here a total of 3 times just to make sure the horrible service was consistent and not just a one off that maybe they were just busy. Everything was always just rushed and did not feel welcomed. I even brought my mom here who is the most understanding person and she left very upset and irritated by the guy who did her manicure. He talked down to her and made her feel bad for asking to fix her nails. Her cuticles were not pushed back or trimmed and her polish just a mess. He didn't even bother to clean it up. My experience has been the same all three times. From the rudeness to the belittling comments and then still being charged full price. They don't even ask you how everything was. Customer service is horrible!!!!!!

Went for a pedicure with a friend. They hurt us both, my friend had scrapes on the sides of her feel because they were so rough. They also overcharged us both by about $20, and talked about us like we weren't there. Never again!

I was really excited to come here. My mom and I came for full sets. My moms nail tech split her nail in half and then blamed her for it. They had no customer service and did not ask if she was okay. They still charged her on top of that. My nail tech chose acrylics that were way too wide for my nails and I said something before we got too far in and he just kept going. Will not be going back.

Completely unprofessional and felt very unwelcome. I was talked about and laughed at between the employees while my pedicure was being painfully completely. You should ALL be aware we are equipped with smart phones that translate your bantering at our expense. We KNOW what you are saying and you should be ashamed! My nails were done without even asking my opinion on anything which were entirely too long for my liking and not the process of dip that I had asked for. My cubicles received very little attention and they looked days grown out before leaving. The manicurist was just as rude as the gentleman doing my pedicure. I've never received straight appalling service in all my years going to a salon. My toe is now infected. I will not recommend.
