Wow! Bi Bi is absolutely amazing. She Hellas able to achieve the exact balayage and cut that I was looking for! So happy with my first time experience here. Will definitely be back.

I went to megan as I have before, Megan is aware that I am in health care, we were discussing Covid as she was applying dye on my hair, as it was processing Megan apparently felt that she had to pray as to weather she felt comfort completing my hair service and apparently Jesus told her not to. She wouldn't even rinse my hair out preferring I leave and do it at home, we both had masks and Megan had a face shield, I left the salon with dye on my hair and deeply embarrassed, I suggest that she get educated in disease transmission, I am tested weekly and therefore know I am negative for Covid, she doesn't. I absolutely will never recommend or return here, perhaps should ask health care questions prior to service, by the way Megan would like to be a nurse... I don't think she will be any better at that

This was such a disappointing experience My mother and I were looking to get a haircut for me and we were in the area and Bella vita came up first which was Awful so we walk in and I stood in line at the counter for a good five minutes and nobody says anything to me so I just assumed that they were busy and then two men walked behind me and the woman in the back with rainbow hair goes "oh how can we help you today". At this point I am quite quite upset so I mention hello I am here for a haircut as well and the woman stared at me blankly And gave a confused look for a good minute then said oh OK I guess just sign in so my mother and I sat there waiting until finally another hairdresser told me this hairdresser on the phone will take care of you in a minute and we were just very confused at the time and didn't exactly know why she couldn't take me then after that I go sit down in the chair and the woman examines my hair for 5 1/2 minutes then says to me " do you have like really bad dandruff or a skin disease?" And I said "I have a very dry scalp and get dandruff yes I am trying to control it and I just caught it recently " and she says " OK ummmmmm i'm going to have this other hairdresser look at your hair at this point I was confused and scared so this other lady starts examining my hair as well "oh dear ( looks at other dumb blonde bitch) these are the dried dead egg sacs" and I got up and walked away so the first dumb blonde basic bitch tells my mom "your son has lice we can't treat him" so we called bullshit and dipped If you are looking for a bougie hair salon run by dum blonde basic bitches then this is for you

First off go to Ashley F! She is amazing! This salon in upstate New York is a hidden gem. Classic aveda salon that is clean, professional, and puts out a great cut and color! I leave with better hair every time and always love their knowledge of products!

I am not pleased with this salon. I have given them two chances, once in 2014 and once in April 2018. In 2014, I asked the guy to help me minimize some brassiness caused by my hard water. I asked for a demi-permanent dark blonde, which I used to have done at my salon in Plattsburgh, NY. Instead, they chose to put a permanent dark blonde color on my hair which turned it dark brown. I had to spend a lot of money and time fixing it at another salon, which introduce me to an awesome stylist. Unfortunately, she moved. This past April I thought I'd give the salon another try. I went in for a trim and some blonde highlights. I told the stylist (I'll keep her name anonymous since she as an awesome person but poor with following direction) that I didn't want skunky thick highlights and I didn't want a drastic difference between my highlights and base color. I told her that I had a box dye on my hair and everything so she knew how to handle the color. I also told her I did not want any short layers cut into my hair and that I was trying to keep it one length around my shoulders. I understand that highlights cause breakage but I don't think it would have caused enough breakage for them to have to give me a Mrs. Brady haircut. The finished look was extremely outdated, like it was from the early 2000's. I couldn't tell in their mirrors how choppy my hair was until I got home. I also couldn't tell that my highlights were way lighter at my roots than at the ends. Think of a reverse balayage. I'm extremely disappointed. It is almost June and my wedding is June 23rd. I had to spend $250 on hair extensions that haven't even arrived at my house yet. I also used a semi-permanent dark blonde to even put my highlights and I have to say that I am way better at styling, coloring and cutting my hair than a professional.
