Bella Toscana Salon in Roseville, CA

Do not use Sima K., Bella Toscana Salon, for your tattooed makeup. After several visits and not accepting anymore, I was left with scabs where I did not even have eyebrows and one light scar. The recovery was weeks upon weeks. After 3-4 visits I requested my money be returned and she informed me she was not in business to give money back. My response was that I would rate her accordingly on YELP. At that point she said she would return my money to come in and pick up a check. My response was I could not I was having surgery and I would call her. When I tried to call her several times I got no answer just a recording. I left a message on the salon phone. She finally returned my call and said she would be out of town through the end of the month and she would return my money upon her return. Not hearing from Sima K. again I called the salon as I got no answer on her phone. I received a phone call from the office manager who in turn told me Sima K. used products on me and would not return my money. I told her I was willing to pay for the products and to return the balance and she said no. I told her I would place my review with YELP, BBB, Board of Cosmetology and wherever else I could. The manager of the salon got very nasty with me and accused me of threatening her which I was not. I have gone to someone new to have my eyebrows repaired. Upon her review of my brows she was unable to figure out was Sima K was trying to do. BUYER BE WARE!!!!

Website says they are open but it's locked up. Sign on the door says they are open until 4 but I'm here at 2:30 and the lights are out. I just need a haircut!

I went to Bella Toscana for permanent eye brows and met Sima K. I absolutely love them! Sima is an artist. My sister loved mine so much she just got hers done as well. What a difference and time saver. And they always look great. I highly recommend Sima. She gets the shape, size and color down to perfection. Thank you, Sima. Candice Spangler Roseville

Justine is 10/10 amazing at doing hair. I live in San Diego now and miss being a regular client of hers. She is truly an AMAZING and passionate stylist and is beautiful inside and out!!!

I had a spafinder gift card and finally had a chance to make an appointment. I called and there was a cancellation and I got right in. Sandi did an amazing job. I didn't have time to prepare pictures and I explained what I wanted the best I could. She gave me exactly what I was looking for. I'm super excited about my new cut and color and I will definitely return.
