Honestly the worst customer service I have had from a hair stylist. Jade rushed through the haircut complaining about previous customers, not making small talk, nor offering water etc. I was in and out of there in under 25 mins and paid $72. I have been coming to Bella for 5+ years and have always returned due to the kindness and happy people. After this encounter I will never be returning.

DO NOT COME HERE FOR A WAX. I had a very traumatic and painful experience here. I came for a bikini was (Brazilian) and they used the wrong wax. I asked the wax woman before she began if the wax was the proper one and she said yes. I trusted her and I shouldn't have. She skin lifted me ( 'wax burn' as it's sometimes referred to, is where the skin has been pulled away during the removal of wax. Skin lifts can take a few days to appear, meaning that a therapist may not realise during the treatment that they have created a skin lift, and continue to overlay and wax the skin) which basically means she bruised my bikini skin. It hurt for days, about 3 after wards. I was bruised. Don't come here, they shouldn't be allowed to wax people here.

Invested in derma plane facial and skin pen services for the first time. During the DP, significant portion of eyebrows were completely removed. Was not at all a 'spa' experience. Esthetician had no intention of creating a relaxing customer focused environment that you would expect from this location and cost of services for a two-hour appointment. Was wholeheartedly disappointed. If you want a procedure to check the box, this will do that at a cost. If you want a relaxing, recharging spa experience, this is not recommended.

Sam is the ABSOLUTE BEST at eyebrow waxing and shaping. A true pro and I leave with perfect and very natural looking brows. She makes them the perfect thickness and the absolute perfect feminine shape that makes your face instantly refreshed. I have had my eyebrows done at easily 5 or 6 different places and I'm rarely satisfied and Sam is an artist who makes it seem so simple. I'm in and out in usually 15 minutes with perfect brows.

Missy has gone above and beyond in assuring the protection of her clients. I was one of her first clients today after the Covid restrictions were lifted. It felt wonderful to get salon services again! Sara gave me a wonderful color and cut service! I feel so much better. Rest assured - - your safety and that of her staff is #1. Talented salon technicians, thoughtful & caring owner, great establishment. What more could you ask for in salon service.
