Casey did a great job! Unfortunately, I went to FL on a fishing trip, lost my sunglasses, and literally blew the lashes on one eye. Casey worked me in and cheerfully corrected my mistake. She is pleasant, kind and super helpful. I would highly recommend this service!
So I went to Bella for a cut and keratin treatment to help restore some damage I done for coloring it. I have naturally curly hair but I flat iron it most days. I asked for my hair cut a certain way because I know how my hair lays, I wanted long layers and shorter in the back. She gave me a blunt cut and it's very noticeably longer in the back by 2 inches!!! After I told her this she proceeded to tell me she thought it was fine! Then I had to pay $160 for it!!!! Never again!!!!!!!
I came here today to get my black hair to an extremely dark brown, giving Bethany (the stylist) several photos for reference. The dark shade I wanted, there should have been no red. I left paying $200 for an inconsistent hair color, my roots were lighter than the rest of the hair. There were layers of actual red color. I asked for a blowout and I received a "blowout" I could have done a better job at myself. I was going to take my graduation photos today, but I left so embarrassed of my new hair, I pushed my planned photos back till next week. On the way home I bought 2 box hair colors and re-dyed my hair myself. If you are seeking to dramatically change your hair, I would recommend going to a real salon in Pittsburgh, and not even wasting your time and good money here.

I would give them a zero if I could! Just moved to Morgantown and needed a new stylist so I decided to try Bella Hair. I called and specifically asked for a stylist with a lot of experience and someone really good with coloring hair. I went in for my appointment and all seemed well. My blonde hair turned out looking ORANGE..isn't that hair 101?? The cut is choppy and uneven..again, hair 101?? I am extremely unhappy and will probably have to wear my hair in a ponytail for a few months. Thanks a lot Bella Hair. NEVER go here!
