Awful. I ordered flowers for someone in the hospital and got a confirmation email they were being sent the next day. They were not. I emailed: nothing. I called the number during the following day and no one answered. I called later at night trying to leave a voicemail, but then it said the mailbox was full. I called 2 more times out of frustration and someone finally answered. She could barely tell me anything about the order, and when she finally did told me it was out for delivery..at 9:30pm. She said it was not their fault it wasn't delivered on time. It is actually and all it takes is to communicate that by email. I told her the person was no longer at the hospital where they were supposed to be delivered and would like a refund. She said she couldn't; but I could call back in the morning and she would send confirmation of delivery after the driver got back. I called in the morning: straight to voicemail with it full. My friend said they were finally delivered 2 days after the promised date. And honestly probably only bc I said I was reporting them and I did. Still not convinced it's not a scam. Unprofessional and not helpful at all. I will read reviews for any more local businesses I try and support.

DO NOT order flowers from Belky's! I ordered flowers for my MIL a week ago to be delivered between Tues-Thursday, 03-05MAY, and they did not get there until 12:30AM Friday morning. Then they sat out in the elements *all evening in the rain* (and also munched in by local critters). The delivery was not even close to being within normal business hours. I understand it's a busy week for florists, but this is ridiculous. I tried calling for two days now, but no one is answering and their voicemail is full (not really surprising I guess). I sincerely hope this review saves someone money, time, and peace of mind to not do business with Belky's. You deserve better.

Our office ordered an arrangement to be delivered for our new boss on her first day at the office. We ordered, paid, and received confirmation a week before the delivery date.

Not only have we not had any contact about the order or delivery since then, we have been calling for several hours to get a time frame for the delivery (after we noticed some reviews indicating that some deliveries happen outside business hours). Not only is there no answer at the listed phone number, the voicemail is full (and not set up with the name of the business). I drove by there and had a hard time finding it because instead of "Belky's Florist" as listed on the website and order confirmation, the business is actually named "Dominican Hair Supply." The lights were off, no one seemed to be there, and there was a sign on the door saying they are open for appointments only.

Now our office is out almost $70 dollars for an arrangement and delivery that seem to be not happening, we can't get in touch with anyone at the shop (Telaflora has also tried calling them), and our boss is not going to get the arrangement we planned on giving her to welcome her to our office! This is an office of six, none of whom will ever order from here again.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I placed an order by phone for Mother's Day 7 days ahead for delivery on Saturday 5/9. I used them because they are supposedly an FTD florist and the arrangement I wanted was FTD but I wanted to change the color of the roses so I didn't order online thru  FTD.  I should have read the reviews beforehand.  After reading a review that said  that this was a hair salon I called them back and they assured me they had a floral shop as part of the salon. With all the job losses during this Covid timeI decided to go ahead and leave the order because they were a local small company. They told me they would text me a receipt. By Wednesday, when I had not received the receipt, I called them back. They assured me they had my order, no problem. On Saturday, when they hadn't been delivered by 3pm and still no receipt, I called again. They again assured me that they had my order and would deliver. Well, here it is, Mother's Day morning and NO DELIVERY yesterday. These were important to me because they were from my grandkids to their mom who just went through a divorce.  I totally felt like I had let my grandkids down. Bottom line, listen to all the reviews. This place is not dependable. Go someplace else.

I ordered 85$ worth of flowers for my wife for Valentine's Day this year. I was in California on business so I needed the flowers to be delivered rather than bringing them home myself.
First off, the driver DID NOT DELIVER THE FLOWERS UNTIL 10 PM on Valentines Day. To make matters worse, the driver asked my wife if her husband was home. Inappropriate and alarming for her with only my 15 month old daughter in the house. Secondly, there were only 3 roses (one of which was broken at the stem), a snapdragon that was dried up and brown, and greenery that was dried-up as well and looked like it had been eaten by bugs. Lastly, when I called the florist asking for a full refund due to the experience and the quality of the flowers no one called me back. I was persistent and was eventually told that I would receive a refund. After many calls later asking where this "refund check" I am choosing to move on from the situation but want to express and communicate to potential future customers the dissatisfaction in the service I received. Totally unacceptable. Thank you.
