Owner is Beyond unprofessional and if you have an issue she sides with her team and does not care to listen to the customer's point of view and then uses words like berated to try to scare you out of fighting back.. Outside of the crappy management the salon is very over priced.  The stylist I used was great but again not worth dealing with such catty and unprofessional behavior and paying for over priced services.

Update based on owners response I think it speaks for itself first untruthful I never berated her or her front desk I tried to ask if they could instead fix the issue on their end instead of inconveniencing the customer by charging me twice and expecting me to wait a week to get the funds back.  She continued to interrupt me and talk over me so I asked her multiple times if she could please let me talk.  She did not ban me from the salon although tried to cancel my appt and I asked her why as I was simply trying to get my money back after they double charged me and I have no issues with the stylist.  She said it was fine and I had a appt for this Friday 1/13 but called and cancelled it this morning as I thought about how I was treated and didn't want to encounter such unprofessionalism again.  I was only banned after she read this review and replied to it telling me I am banned via through the review.  Banning a customer who had a poor experience instead of apologizing and then telling them you have called authorities because they gave you a poor review based on their poor experience wow.. again I think this says ALOT about this owner.  Now she wants to use defamation to try to slander my character- lies and defamation will get you a lawsuit.  Please grow up and stop harassing your ex customers who had a poor experience and shared it on yelp.  Lastly when I asked her to not charge me twice as I can't afford it she said oh just use one of your other cards as you have more then one on file.. I was like wow you are so privileged to assume I have all sorts of credit cards to use and quite frankly its none of your business.. Never charge the customer twice and expect them not to want their money back or fix it on your end to not inconvenience your customers. Honestly the most catty and unprofessional behavior I have ever experienced.

Great cut - descent price! Had a cut and color after two years of not going to a salon during covid. My stylist was Ariel. Very sweet and personable. I was actually late and in a tizzy Frame of mind. Ariel calmed me down and went to work. I came out happy and way better looking than when I went in.

I went here for the first time in June 2021 (after our long-time stylist retired during covid) and had a fine experience. While I was there I spoke to my stylist about doing my daughter's hair when she came back to visit in July.  I showed the stylist pics of my daughter and explained what she wanted done.  She went and spoke to someone and came back with a price quote ($90 which seemed low but it was only half of her head that was being dyed so I didn't really question it). And she wrote down the color and trim my kid would need and I handed it to the front desk staff who made the appointment.  Unfortunately, that stylist quit before her appointment.  When my daughter arrived they said they didn't have enough time to trim her hair and dye it (unless she wanted them to skip doing her very pandemic-long roots). what?!?! They ended up doing both but the dye just was horrible.  They admitted they had done it on wet hair when it should have been done on dry.  It was the blue she wanted but a lot of her original blond showed through.  They actually sent her home with dye to fix it herself!  The cut was very uneven too.  and the total was $230 not $90-which would have been fine if they did a decent job.
They called to ask how it went and I said "not well".  They said the owner would call to talk to me about it but I ended up having to call again.  My daughter's phone didn't allow us calls only facetime audio so I ended up being the one who did all of the communication despite my daughter being 21.  The owner finally managed to make an appointment to try to fix the issues.  THEY DIDNT!  She had asked for turquoise color, which they provided the first time.  The "fix" ended up being such a dark blue that it looks black unless in direct sunlight.  They also chopped her hair into what could not possibly be considered an actual style.  Of course we won't be going back. Good luck to anyone who does go there!
