This place is such joke. I've been coming here for over 2 years but today was definitely my last time. Look at these pictures I took while sitting in the chair, in their lighting. My nails look chunky, childish, messy, and uneven. They tried to tell me they weren't. When I explained this to the person doing my nails she got extremely butthurt at me and got an attitude. They said they would have someone redo them, but I told them I had to leave Sonora soon and asked if I should go somewhere else. Then she became a major bitch and told me, "fine just leave you don't have to pay. And don't come back." I said don't you worry and walked out. So unprofessional and immature. Here's a tip, learn how to actually do nails and you won't have to worry about the time and effort it takes to redo them. I'm not the type of person to pay for something I'm unhappy with.
I absolutely love Beauty Nails. Everyone is so nice! They are efficient and skilled and always do a wonderful job. The shop also just got a bit of a makeover with new manicure tables and it looks really good. I go for acrylic fills, pedicures, and eyebrow waxing. Lots of parking, they take credit cards now, and you can make reservations or try a walk-in (there's probably a wait for walk-ins).
They steal. If you pay cash be sure to count what they give back carefully. They like to take it upon themselves to decide what tip they deserve & just take it. They prey on distracted customers. BEWARE!!!! Very strong chemical "air freshener" (?) and the chairs were dirty with crusty cup holder. Arrived at opening, told we only had a 5 minute wait, more like 25 minutes.
Would not recommend Came here for Dip fill -- within 1 week 4 nails were chipping and lifting - not sure if they didn't know what they were doing .. have had nails done all over the US - CA To TN to SD .. this by far the worst and so sad that you pay top dollar for a crappy job -- no recourse once you realize it was bad product..
Just awful and the price outrageous!!! I'm from Los Angeles and never paid $50 for a fill not even in LAS!!
