Took nail classes. Didn't know nothing at all but after 13 classes with lovely Jessica I now do my friends/ family nails

I went to get my hair cut and colored here. I made an appointment and was assured I was in good hands. For $200, why would I doubt it. 5 hours, a ruined shirt, fried hair and a butchered cut later, I found I was sadly mistaken. I went in, and the girl I had an appointment with started to cut my hair. ( BEFORE my color. I'm not sure, but to me it doesn't make sense to do that. She spent 45 minutes on my head before the owner came in and said no no no. Grabs the scissors and starts grabbing chunks of hair and chopping away. Next I'm bleached. Over and over and over. There is no ventilation in the building and it was HOT. I'm dripping bullets of sweat. I can't breathe when she's rinsing my hair. My back was drenched after the multiple rinsings. TOP TO BOTTOM of this shirt is now a light brown. It was my favorite shirt too. Then the girl starts cutting again, making noises like she's afraid. Im turned away from the mirror so i have no idea what the deal is. The owner comes over and tells her to plug in the flat iron and start blow drying. THE OWNER IS CUTTING MY HAIR AT THIS POINT WHILE THE GIRL IS BLOW DRYING! They turn me around, and are like " TADAAAAHH". i couldnt hide my horror. I almost started crying. They both start asking me how i like it. i couldnt even say in words. I started with the cut. I wanted a bob. It was about 3 inches shorter on one side. i asked her to fix it. she said " oh its not done, dont worry and started hacking away again.when she finished that they asked about how i liked the color. I'm sorry... if i wanted a bad bleach job, i would go home and do it myself for a fraction of the cost. they said " come back tomorrow and we can throw some color on it and you can rinse it out at home". No.. no thanks. dont ever touch my head again. so, when i get home, i look up yelp reviews, and surprising. there are none. not a one. they dont even have an account. so, hopefully with this they will now and people will know to be careful going in there. and PS. after looking at other listings for this place via google, i found out its a salon SCHOOL. the girl doing my hair was a STUDENT. unknown and untold to me. I feel bad for her learning from such an unethical place. good luck.
