Went there to get my nails done for my gender reveal party, i showed the guy the design i wanted and he said he could do it, showed him which colors i wanted (didnt do the colors i wanted btw) then as soon as he started painting them he says "i cant do the design" so instead of doing that he put crosses on my nails instead. I called back because the diamonds he put on my nails fell off that same day and i wasnt satisfied AT ALL with the work he did and he wouldnt refund me so i gave him a second chance to redo them, he yelled at me telling me i was wrong and he did what he was supposed to and then literally just painted over them with the same color and sent me on my way. Left there crying
I have gone there a total of 2 times. Once was for a fill which grew out and chipped as if it wasn't fully mixed. I went back the following week For a full set one particular nail Technician female put 4 nails on crooked And refused to fix them. She even went as far as to tell me my nails grow crooked. Within a few days corners began to break away And some around the cuticle on several fingers as if it was not mixed properly.
