Generally I had the young man doing my nails. When he is not there I get one of the older people to. Huge mistake. I am now at the point if I don't see him or he does not take care of me I will not go. I DO NOT like the older one to do my nails. They do not do a good job. My nails look horrible
Had a mani / pedi- My mom and I got the powder dip nails and the guy did a fabulous job!! No waiting either. They have about 25 colors to choose from in the dip powder. My pedi was pretty basic. She did a great job massaging my legs.
I was visiting Erie for business, and saw this place had 1 review which was 5 stars, so I called ahead to made an appointment for a manicure. I should have been suspicious when I came in, the "mom and dad" of the family business were in the back eating, the son was up front watching you tube videos, and there were zero customers. I asked about their sanitation practices, and he showed me their sanitizer, so I went ahead and picked a color. The woman then proceeded to pull a nail clipper out of the drawer of her desk that was covered in dust/other peoples nails. Before she got an inch of my nails I said "the sanitizing machine serves no purpose if you just throw the tools back in the drawer after each use, that's gross." And the kid up front said "that's fine." I can't imagine this place will be in business much longer. Yuck.
