Looking for a nail salon and Ballys had good reviews. Unfortunately they have new owners so these reviews are for the previous long-term owners. I had a mani pedi with the pedi first so I couldn't see up close but when I got to the mani I could see the gentleman's hands were dirty, esp under the nails. I won't be going back.
I went here today and now I have decided I've finally found my nail salon. I've been here a couple of years now but been back and forth on nail salons. But this one I'm going to from now on. She did a fantastic job, a friend of mine plans to go here now, and she is so sweet and personable. She even opened an hour early so that she could fit me in.
I don't think I'll ever come back to this establishment. The atmosphere was beautiful. The pedicure not so much. Instead of using a cotton ball to clot where the employee scraped three layers of skin off the side on the big toe causing it to bleed. The employee was nice about it and apologized. Don't get me wrong we're all human and make mistakes
