Best Salon and Staff in NWA! I love the vibe! It was so easy to book my appointment and everyone is so kind!

I've been coming to Michelle for a little over 2 years now. Not only is she INCREDIBLE at covering my grey hair, but is the absolute sweetest human you'll ever meet. The salon is so clean and a wonderful place to come for a little TLC.

I made an appointment over the phone through Stephanie. She was polite and made the booking process simple. She suggested a stylist for me as I had no one in particular in mind.

I showed up on the day of my appointment and was promptly greeted by a very cheerful and friendly Stephanie. She checked me and offered me a beverage. She brought me some water and showed me the waiting area.

I waited for a very brief moment when I was greeted by my stylist, Lesley. I knew I like her at first glance. She had a very easy going demeanor and made me feel incredibly comfortable. She sat me down and we discussed what I was looking to do. My hair needed some real work. I gave her a general direction and let her work her magic. Then she gave me the best damn shampoo of my life!! It felt AMAZING. She colored and cut my hair in a very timely manner. I cannot put into words how much I love my haircut. And my color. But my haircut! I love it! It might be the happiest I've ever been with a new cut.

I will definitely be coming back to see Lesley.

So this review is based on the policy's not the actual colorist.. I booked my appointment 2 months ago, waited just like everyone else but then real life happened so I had to cancel. My husband is a professional athlete, lives away from home & only gets a single day off a month so when he gets a chance to see his kids that becomes more important than me getting todo my hair.  Therefore I called to cancel 24 hours in advance. However they still wanted to charge me $175 for the actual entire appointment.  Then once I was made aware of them wanting to charge me I said I'll have my sister go in my place But that wasn't an option because they already gave my appointment time away. So not only did they refill my appointment time they still charged me for a full appointment & wouldn't allow me to actually come in if things changed.

Then to top off the girl who I spoke with was acting in a way that I felt was rude.

I get policies but they did not lose money because I canceled my appointment yet they actually were able to double dip!

It's a shame Bc I love getting my hair done, always tip well & I'm consistent!

I would like to first say that my stylist was amazing. She is super nice and worked really hard on my hair!
That being said, I feel like for 5 hours of work, and $220, I didn't get what I really came for.
I'm not in love with the color of my hair, and i was told to come back in for another session...
I have gone blonde multiple times and it has never cost me $400 to do it.
I really wanted to love what was done to my hair, but I don't. I hate writing reviews like this because I loved my stylist, but I don't like my hair.
I came in hoping to go blonde not thinking that i would need two $200 sessions, since that's never happened before.
I left feeling less confident, and unhappy with my hair...
