B & L Salon in Johnson City, TN

Finally found a stylest I'm happy with.  Lionel listened to exactly what I've been asking for but could never get with other stylists in the area. I highly recommend him and will send anyone of my friends his way if they are looking for a great stylist.

After a recommendation from a neighbor because I'm new to the area, I give this Salon high marks for professionalism and innovation. They use more natural color products combined with the newest in techniques. The staff is inviting and made me feel at home with stories and "to-do's" for the area. Lionald  (I sure hope that I'm spelling his name correctly) truly listens and worked wonders on my fine and straight hair giving it the fullness it deserves. They offer full Salon Service and prices are fair and competitive. Highly recommend.

After doing much research on the best salons in my city and after reading several reviews I chose this salon to completely change my hair style.
Luckily, they had a Groupon that I applied as well.
Julie, who is the lady with the Groupon sale was Fabulous!
I walked in one way and came out completely different. My hair was long, past the middle of my back with tight spiral curls. It is now around shoulder length with layers.
Not only am I completely satisfied with my cut, the whole experience was pleasant. Julie made sure to make it so. We talked about my hair, my style, my everything. No stone was unturned. He had instant charisma and got along so well we talked the whole time about everything. It was like catching up with an old friend. The salon itself is very nice and clean.
I was so impressed with Julie that I booked an appoint for the following week for some mahogany highlights in my almost black hair. Also going to have her do some facial waxing at the same time.
Two unfortunate things about this salon is they only do mani's and pedi's no other nail services. Also, they do not accept debit or credit cards. Cash or check only. A minor inconvenience.

Excellent!! He worked miracles on my hair! He was very patient, knowledgeable and understanding with caring for my hair. He took the time to understand the cut I wanted and then explained to me how to care for my hair in order to maintain the look. I really appreciate everything!

Very nice experience. Had a groupon deal that was for a deep conditioner and hair cut with Julie. It was a very clean saloon. She took her time to make sure she understood  how I wanted my haircut. I am very satisfied and will go back for my next haircut.
