I've called numerous times and left a message. No answer and no call back. How does anyone even get an appt?!? Interesting way to run a business. Super disappointed.

Rosy is the best of the best! I was always very skeptical when it came to my hair, due to previous experiences. However, it has now been a couple sessions since I first booked a balayage appointment with Rosy and never again will I go else where. Rosy is very flexible with scheduling and extremely sweet to say the least. I always leave the salon with the biggest smile and multiple compliments. She continues to go above and beyond my expectations! I highly recommend Rosy!

This review is long overdue for Rosy! I switched salons a few years ago and chose Rosy as my stylist/colorist after reading many positive reviews about her, and I'm so glad I did. Rosy is an expert in hair color and has done beautiful things for my naturally dark brown hair, carefully transforming it into the lovely blonde balayage it is today. She always listens to what I want, is upfront about what to expect, and provides gorgeous results. My hair has remained very healthy because she is careful with my hair and has made excellent product recommendations. For over a decade, I had the same stylist who cut, performed Brazilian Blowouts (BB), and colored my hair. I sensed the end was near, however, when she went back to school and started to also work at various restaurants and bakeries. When she was accepted to culinary school in Napa...I was ecstatic for her, but panicked for me. It had been a decade, and more than ever, I needed to have decent hair! After a disastrous encounter with another stylist who used a faux BB formula (which didn't work), and claimed to have lost the check I wrote (even tho it was cashed), I stumbled across Rosy. Initially I went for the high marks she got for her BB, but stayed for her talent with color. Don't take my word for it...look at her Instagram "hairstylesbyrosy." Since I'm the cautious type, Rosy went less dramatic, but told me I would achieve the desired results as time passed. She was right, and I was able to have the sort of sun-kissed, surfer girl hair I used to have when I surfed almost every weekend! I also luv how she cuts my bangs. Woo hoo! The products Rosy has suggested have worked out well. There were times I tried other products on my own (grass is greener syndrome) or sought coloring alternatives (due to the shutdown)...all with mediocre to poor results. Scheduling-wise, I am amazed that for someone works both OC and LA, Rosy has always been very accommodating. I feel so lucky to have found someone who is professional, talented, and a sweet person, and during these last couple of years with Rosy, I have learned to trust her judgment, and just leave my hair in her very capable hands.

Well I exactly used what you(rosy)suggested me to use. I will upload a picture where I showed you what I was using and you said it should work. And what you are saying it's not accurate. Everything is on amazon now days. I did not buy a cheap shampoo. People please read all my text. Also I think you (Rosy) is only good on virgin hair. Also you never told me all that stuff. I always texted you that I'm turning gold and wanted to get lighter and every time I went to her I got darker.
