Have been going here for about a yr since moving to the area. Crystal has been great ever time I have been. Place is clean and if you have a appointment have never had to wait like I have at other places.

Just moved to the area and tried this salon as it was conveniently located and looked nicely laid out and clean. Erin cut mine and my husbands hair. She did a great job. We will be back. It was a relaxing experience- from the wash/head massage to the blow out and style!

This was my first time visiting this salon and the first time getting a haircut since the Covid quarantine. I chose to go to this salon partly because when I read the guidelines they said they were following in re-opening in April, they said they would be following strict safety practices. There were three clients in the salon when I arrived, none wearing masks or gloves (as the salon said customers would be required to do). One of the stylists did not have on a mask and one had one on that was pulled down below her nose. The only stylists wearing gloves were doing color services. They did check my temperature before I came in, although I noticed that a stylist who arrived after me did not have her temp checked when she came in, nor did she wash her hands. The clients who were there were spaced more than 6 feet apart. I did not observe the shampoo chairs being disinfected after they were used. The salon is nice and I was not unhappy with the service I received, but I was disappointed that they were not following the guidelines they had published on their Facebook page.

I recently got my hair done by a stylist named Tori. I went in for a root touch up and it was my first time ever coming here. She was personable and friendly and the hair color was fine. But it was like she NEVER Tried to NOT avoid getting all the hair color down my neck and side of my face and forehead. I've got my hair done many times at different salons and I've never had an issue with this. I had another appointment shortly after and I was so embarrassed of all the color all over my face and neck I did not want to be out in public. It's not easy getting hair color off your skin. I contacted Tori through Facebook and I told her I was not able to get it off and that I should not have to be dealing with this right now. I told her this has NEVER happened to me before. She apologized which I appreciated and then offered me a refund which I accepted. I thanked her and told her I appreciated it. I just don't understand. You would think you would be extra careful applying hair color around the neck, ears, and hairline but rather she was sloppy with it and seemed rushed. She hurt herself by doing this and ruined a potential client.

They have made a ton of upgrades to make it feel as welcoming as possible. The lady I use to see no longer works here but she did a phenomenal job and exactly what I asked. Ashlee was there at the time and she seemed just as welcoming. Definitely recommend they will work with you and explain the process. Prices are great!!
