I have been a loyal customer of Abby's for 2 years now. Everytime I visit Abby, she take the time to understand my hair's needs an personalized treatments that leave my hair feeling nourished and revitalized. What sets Abby apart is their genuine interest in understanding my style goals. I cannot recommend Abby enough. Her dedication to her craft, exceptional customer service, and willingness to go the extra mile make her the best hairdresser i have ever encountered.

Unfortunately I never got the chance to see if their stylists lived up to their name. The customer service and booking here is abysmal. I'm new to the area and I called to book earlier in the week. When I realized I would be late due to street closures I called the salon and was assured it would be ok. Artisinal had multiple opportunities to tell me they couldn't see me. Instead I was treated like the idiot for not being aware of an event in a town I don't even live in. I'm sad I didn't get to see the talent of those who work there but after being embarrassed and given absolutely zero empathy, apology, or help I'll never let them near my hair.

I have been struggling with my hair for years and consistently going to New York New York salon seeing various artists to try to achieve a ligut blonde. Based on another review I decided to try Lori with artistnal and I am completely blown away with the results. in one session She gave me an amazing haircut and lightened my hair to the blondest It's been in years. I think I improperly booked the appointment but she completely accommodated my schedule and was super polite about it. she made me so confident and welcomed. The salon was adorable. Everyone that worked there seemed genuinely happy and kind which is opposite of my experience with New York where everyone seemed completely miserable. I'm beyond thrilled i found this place .I went back and Lori gave me extensions that look amazing they feel so natural and high quality. I'm so glad I found her. I will follow her anywhere but the salon really is amazing

Lovely, welcoming setting. Plenty of parking available on the street, even on a busy, Saturday afternoon. And Rachael Epstein is a wonderful hair artist, especially for curly hair. After the quarantine haircut I gave myself, I had another stylist fix it, but it never really styled in a way that suited me. Rachael takes the time to assess your hair, your personal style, and your needs to create a cut that works.

Amber is a color GENIUS. I saw her in November for a pretty lightweight highlight touch up and she did a great job. Fast forward 3 months- and I tried another stylist (I'm new to the area so still getting my bearings) and was really unhappy with how my hair turned out. Full disclosure, I'm a pretty particular fake blonde with naturally very dark hair. I don't like it to be too ashy but I HATE anything warm. I've been getting highlights for about 7 years so I do consider myself a realist, but stylist number 2 left me with golden/orange roots. In less than 2 hours, Amber drastically improved the tone and the blend. She was realistic about what she thought we could improve in one appointment, but she far exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend her!
