I am very happy with Artisan Hair! I was in the market for a new go-to stylist and am always very nervous trying someone new. Susan was wonderful! She took the time to talk about what I liked and didn't like about my hair, made suggestions on what options I had based on what I liked and did a wonderful job executing it. She is professional and friendly and the atmosphere is very homey. The prices are also competitive-not outrageous like some I have seen. This is definitely my new salon! :-)
The stylists are miracle workers. I always get numerous compliments on my hair. It is a very clean environment with friendly and knowledgeable staff, fair prices, and amazing hair products. If this business moves, I would follow them anywhere. If a picture is included in this review, I have no idea who the person is and I did not add it to the review, evidently Yelp posted it.
After moving into the York area, I tried about 6 different salons before stumbling across Artisan Hair. This salon is one of the best I have used, and wouldn't even consider using anyone else. My hair has always been hard to handle, but Susan has always worked with me. I regularly have my hair cut there, and can also recommend their coloring and highlighting services, both of which are excellent. But the best is the wash before the services - the massage will put you to sleep!
