This is the second time writing this review, can't seem to find the original one I posted. Went to Art of Eyebrows in Salem NH around 5:00-5:30 on August 1st. My first experience was good. This experience however was a nightmare. As you can see in the picture, I ended up with all these little cuts from the thread and yes, they hurt. Will never go back there.
An update: I did just get a call from the owner who stated she has spoken to the technician who did my eyebrows and that this can happen (don't know anyone else it has happened to and I know people that have it done all the time. It also was fine the first time I went). She did offer to send me a refund as well and apologized for my experience.
Terrible, terrible service. They don't let you look closely in the hand mirror--they don't even let you hold the hand mirror--so I had no idea until I got home what a sloppy, careless job they did. Stray hairs left everywhere, and one whole half of my lip was left largely undone. Either the woman could not see very well or she just didn't care. Pretty appalling.
Stopped here on my way to Wolfeboro NH. It was 5:52 when I got here the time says closed at 6pm. I held up a gift certificate I had and the women denied me and said it's closed without opening the door. Very rude and they should change their times on the website. Terrible service if you ask me.
I usually do my own brows but I've gotten too pluck happy recently and decided to spend 3 weeks letting them grow wild. I've never had my brows threaded and I could not be happier with my first experience!! My brows look amazing and the session was super quick, great price and the staff here was very friendly and nice. I will absolutely continue to come here!
