Awful threading experience. I asked for my brows to just be cleaned up and the woman left me with pencil thin brows straight from the 90s. She also overdid it with the scissors and left a bald patch on one brow. It will take me months to grow back to where it should be. Stay away if you actually want to keep your eyebrows!!
Overall, my eyebrows came out amazing. I never got my eyebrows threaded before and made sure the lady knew that. She told me that it might hurt a little but if i needed her to stop to just let her know. She would ask me if I was ok time after time and was so sweet. Only negative was that my skin broke out horrible the next day and lasted for a while. Therefore, I probably won't get my eyebrows threaded again unless it is urgent.
Worst experience ever with any service oriented business. If yelp allows zero rating,I would do that. This person Ms. Anamika Singh was extremely rude from the start and on asking to be little polite, she started moving the thread so harshly that my Mom's eyebrows got a cut. She was absolutely unapologetic. I was shocked to see this kind of behavior. I wanted to talk to the manager but she refused to give me the contact. Would never ever come back.
First time getting my eyebrows threaded. It was so quick and easy! I'll definitely be going back.
