Aqua Nails Bar in West Linn, OR

My daughter and I have loved our experience getting dipped nails. They are beautiful and last three weeks. The staff is professional and the environment is relaxing. We got the shellac pedicure and it has lasted three weeks also. The massage chairs are relaxing and you have a couple different options for your pedicure. The leg massage was wonderful and my feet felt so refreshed. The store is very clean and they were very hygienic with everything they used. They have options to get drinks while you are getting your nails done. We will definitely keep getting our nails done there.

I had a pedicure at aqua nails recently, they did a terrible job. They offered a redo, but I didn't feel confident that the outcome would be any better. They are definitely lacking skilled technicians.
   I was there a few months ago and was very happy with the service. Apparently the business has been sold and they have all new people if anybody knows where the old staff is located, I would definitely go there.

I just got my got my mail put on by Jim and they look better than anywhere I've ever been!   I hope I can post a picture because they look so amazing and Kim deserves top recognition because she cares so much and takes her time to make sure that I was happy with my result. I'm never going a anywhere else after today. she's now doing my pedicure and it's amazing. I feel the best I've felt in years!

Great place for a pedicure, but I would not recommend it for nails. We have tried it a few times and I won't be going back, unfortunately. I will say that the ladies that work there are super nice! The actual service just wasn't up to par. My niece and I booked an appt to get our nails done and when we got there, only one person was doing nails and it took her 2 and half hours. I asked for tips to be put on under my dip multiple times for some length and she just went ahead and did it without them after saying she couldn't make the short almond shape I wanted. There were other things, but I don't want to totally bash the place, I was just super disappointed and so was my niece. I had to go home and try to redo the design on her nails. I do wish they would not automatically assume a tip was coming. I always tip, but it feels weird when they ask, "do you have cash for a tip?" and when I said no, I have a card, she stood over me and watched me write the amount down. All in all - not the best place to go for nails. I am guessing they have not done any continued education on nails to better their techniques and such.

They do not adhere to the mask mandate so if you care about that you might want to avoid this salon. This is the first time I've ever gotten home from a manicure and immediately redid it myself (the polish was unevenly done and sloppy around my cuticles)--unfortunate since it's a convenient location and cute place.
