Anthony Vince Nail Spa in Montgomery, AL

Had such a pleasant spa experience today, without even getting to enjoy my favorite spa chair massage.  The atmosphere is luxurious and so soothing and the awesome service was  fast, proficient, detailed and professional which compelled me to write this review!  I was in dire need of a mani and pedi however, since I had another appointment within that next hour I did not foresee both being feasible. So  when I walked in, I stated that I would only get a mani.  The manager insisted he could get me both getting  me out on time,  within an hour.  They made it happen without cutting any corners or slack on neither my mani nor pedi.  My nails and toes both look so nice!   Mya  (pedi tech) and Le (mani tech) both simultaneously did an excellent job and were great conversationalist!  This will definitely be my first choice nail  spa of future visits!

I got a full set at this place, with gel polish and this is the quality of service. (See photos) I requested another person to fix it and I was told that I would have to pay to get another set. I have already paid $165.00 for a set and pedicure! This is the sloppiest job I have ever seen a nail technician do. I'm sitting here waiting on someone to come tell me what they plan to do

update: nails were done Friday, went back Saturday to request someone to fix them, they couldn't because they were busy and ask me to come back (I live 45 min away) so I went today on my lunch. They made me use the same person, I decided to do a French manicure for the polish hoping that would fix the issue with the pitiful polish job with color. I got told that normally that's an extra $10.00 but I wouldn't be charged since I have been there 3 times in the last 4 days. Well isn't that just nice! I will not be returning to this place!!!

Notice they commented on the review but failed to offer me back even a portion of the money I spent! Don't use this nail studio.

Picked nail color before going to chair. Dip is powder so really cannot see completed color. When I told her not color I wanted, she said she picked color number from different brand. The only option was to do nails over again. Refused to provide discount.
I will not go back!

***update.  I called the salon and they said I can't speak with you. Anna informed me she could only refund half of my pedicure cost.  Absolutely ridiculous.  Terrible customer service. I have an infection because of your poorly trained staff!!!!!!!!

I spent well over $100 on a fill with gel polish and a gel pedicure and I'm leaving completely frustrated and upset.

The guy that did my nails didn't see a large black hair running through one of my nails after the top coat and seemed frustrated when I asked him to correct it.

I'm also scraping gel off my skin.  

The worst part is he cut my toe pretty badly.  The gel on my toes is atrocious.  Completely flooded my cuticles and again, I'm scraping polish off my toes.

Awful experience.
