My boyfriend bought me a package massage and facial deal and Claire and Leah were great. I called to book my facial with Leah and they informed me she no longer works on Tuesdays & that's the only day I have off. When I told them this, they called Leah and she said she would come in... now that my friend is great customer service and I will definitely come back. Leah offers a new deal every month and with holidays around the corner even better deals.
I recently had my hair cut and colored by Jessica and I am extremely happy with my results! She listened to what I wanted and delivered, I will be back. The salon is in the cutest area in the square of Covington and it is very clean and designed beautifully. All the ladies at Charmed were very warm and personable. I have to recommend Jessica because she did a fabulous job on my hair ! Yay for me :)
