Was not really pleased at all . I began calling and calling different numbers because they never answer the phone . Once I did get ahold of them and scheduled an appointment I ended up at the old shop unknowing that they moved . So I proceeded to the new location after figuring that out . I wanted a color and flat iron sounds simple ? No ? Well then once we got settled and started the owner was in and out of the shop and on her phone and even had the nerve to have her receptionist washing and drying my hair after a serious color change ! Which resulted in well , pink instead of red . And instead of taking down the price I got charged $200.00 for a disservice ! And then later got told they'd fix it for "free" and when brought up at the follow up appointment I got a nasty look and a "well your hair is long . I can't charge you any less than 35 " 35 more dollars for a mistake you made and didn't even deserve $200.00 . I wouldn't recommend this place at all !
Love this shop everyone is very friendly and professional. Establishment very clean and welcoming. Would definitely recommend Rosie whom did an awesome job. If money is the concern make sure what you are paying for upfront so there will be no discrepancy.
Wish I had stayed at the house. Why is it .. that when you try near by establishment it SUCKS. Right from the jump. The manicure lady was looking at phone and didn't even acknowledge that I was standing there. Strike one!! I explained what I wanted in detail and I wasn't pleased with the results and the experience showed on my face. I was burned at least three times by ms. Rosie... I requested a trim which I didn't hardly see any hair on the floor. Strike two!!! I was so ready to get the hell outta her chair with old burned up flat irons. Strike three!!! Ms Rosie wanted $35.. I refused to pay that because I washed my own hair, received a partial trim and reblowed my hair again. I offered 20 instead and made a compromise of 25. Please be aware it's 2% increase if you use debit/credit card. Use cash only and I will NEVER step back in again EVER, worst experience
Came here to get a blow out and I was pleased, I hadn't gotten a professional blowout in years so I'm glad Bella did me good! She was prompt, sweet, a little rough, but thorough. The staff was friendly and inviting, Latin music was playing, I loved the atmosphere very clean andI came on a Wednesday afternoon, it was empty which was good I was in and out. My blowout would've lasted more than one day had I took the necessary precautions and wrapped my hair that night lol but I'll be back to try again for sure!
