The great aspects of this salon is that the staff is really friendly, they do a great job on blow outs on African American hair & the prices are reasonable which I love. I recommend that if anybody want a great blow out: this is the place.
I'm patient and I can work through a lot of different things so the language barrier wasn't a problem. What was the problem was the guy that initially answered the phone and was completely rude. I can't believe that I still attempted to go into the salon but I was hoping for a better experience in person. When I got there the young lady didn't speak much English. She went to get someone to help and to no surprise it happened to be the guy that answered the phone. I showed him a picture of what I wanted and his response was oh I charge nothing less than $380. Are you kidding me? This place is within a 10 mile radius of high end salons that don't even charge $380 for a color service. Mind you my hair is not halfway down my back and I also didn't ask for a major color service. So he either didn't want to do it or felt I was naïve enough to pay that amount. Either way I left immediately. Don't waste your time there are so many other salons in the area that won't try to price gouge you.
Come on to this location! Amazing vibe and experience! My before and after is amazing I really wish you all could see how I came in versus now leaving out... I look like a baddie now thank you love!
Love the Sunday hours walk in at that! Nice cut and I appreciate her tellling me what many did not..which was I was probably leaving my relaxers in too long or was using somethg too strong making my hair break.
Today was my first day visiting this salon. I got a wash and blow out done and my hair looks so nice, I love how bouncy it is! Soon as I got there I was assisted( which I loved.)The lady that did my hair gave me good tips for my hair and she was quick and professional. I will definitely be back. They run specials on mondays ladies so be sure to visit this place!
