Super disappointed with how the communication is handled. I've been to Kelly a couple of times in the past under the impression that I don't need to go to any other stylist ever again but that was not the case.

During the initial lockdown, I had an appointment scheduled and I was never contacted about cancellations or rescheduling. I tried to reach out so many times to no avail. It was really frustrating because once the business was open again, I figured I'd get a call to reschedule the original appointment. Nope, nothing. All my calls were left unanswered. I must have called a dozen times and left voicemails but I never heard back.

I'm incredibly disappointed because Kelly is a great stylist. I just have been forced to take my business elsewhere.

This salon is great. Marissa did Keratin treatment on my hair recently and did a fantastic job. The salon has a very cozy, personal feel to it- you don't feel like your just a number in a loud, chaotic salon. I felt like they really listened to what I was looking for and couldn't have been nicer. This salon is one of the great additions to our town!

I had read reviews and seen the pics of Kelly's (and other stylist's) work online and was very impressed. Booked an appointment with Kelly that I went to today.

The salon is a little place in the back parking area off Farmington near Penzey Spices and Grants. Kelly and the other girls were so friendly and welcoming. When I sat down with Kelly she asked what I was looking for, if I had an pics, etc. I didn't have a pic so I described what I wanted. She totally got it.

I left there LOVING the way my hair looked and thinking what a nice experience this was that I wanted to write a Yelp review about it. Kelly is SO nice, down-to-earth, and knowledgeable about what she does. No one is pushing products on you at the end. The whole salon has a very laid-back feel, and I loved it.

Can't wait to go back and try some of the other things I've seen reviewers raving about here. Thank you (todah raba), Kelly! :)

I went for color correction.  My hair went from bad to worse.  For the privilege of paying more than I'd pay in Beverly Hills (and I know because that's where I lived until recently moving here) I now have brassy striped damaged hair.  

Wish me better luck on my next attempt to fix.  

This place is way overpriced and cannot do what they say they can do.

Kelly is amazing! I found her online and have been receiving restorative keratin treatments and health trims from her for the last year or so. She is flexible, and knowledgable and my hair always feels INCREDIBLE after one of her keratins! Best of all, she uses a formaldehyde free product so no worries about those harsh and harmful chemicals on your head. I would recommend her to anyone who needs some hair TLC!
