Excellent haircut, my hair has so much body and falls into place nicely. It's expensive but so is any salon. Treat yourself.

I went to Noelle 3 days ago asking for a warm medium brown. I let her know that I box dyed my hair once but that it had faded, which is why I wanted to see a professional to do it. When I got there she sat me down and started showing me colors to choose from, the two colors that she recommended seemed pretty dark, but when I asked if they'd come out that way she said no. So I trusted her. Even when she was mixing the dye I asked again if it would come out black and she said no. After about 15-20 minutes of her slapping dye onto my head she put me under a heater. My head immediately started to burn very badly. I told her and she said "stinging is normal but burning isn't, what does it feel like?" I said it felt like burning and asked if she could turn it down, so she did and then went back to her phone. My head continued to burn, but I tried to ignore it considering she didn't seem concerned. Afterwards she rinsed my hair, gave me an extremely quick trim, and lastly she started to dry my hair. That's when I began to panic... it was SO dark. Once it was fully dry I could tell that my hair was black and I wanted to throw up. I specifically asked her if it would come out dark (multiple times), I specifically told her how much I hate black hair on me (multiple times), and now here I am. I didn't know what to do, I was so filled with anxiety and it was sinking in that this was how I looked now. And it was permanent. She took me over to pay and I was still in shock holding back tears, she showed me my total and my heart dropped even more. $305 dollars. At this point I was freaking out inside. How on earth could it cost this much for an all over color and trim? I had no idea what to do, I was too in shock and panicked to say anything so I paid her (including a 10% tip which brought it to $335) and walked out the door.

I immediately called my friend and started crying. I told her what happened and she said I had to call Noelle and ask for a refund or request that she tries to fix my hair. So I did, and I made sure to be incredibly kind about it. I told her I wasn't angry but that my hair was black, which she promised me wouldn't happen. She got extremely defensive and had a very rude/annoyed tone. She told me that my hair was not black and to look at it in the natural light. I tried to explain that it was, and that even in the sun it was still incredibly dark. She wouldn't listen and just continued to gaslight me. I asked her if she could do some Caramel highlights to warm it up and she said that wasn't possible. She told me the only thing she could do for me was color strip it which would turn my hair orange. Then she said to scrub my hair with dawn soap and baking soda.... You're kidding me, right? After charging me half my months rent she's telling me to destroy my hair with dawn dish soap and baking soda to try and fix what SHE did? After she completely disregarded what I was telling her I finally gave up. Afterwards I decided I wanted a partial refund. Which considering Noelle wasn't offering to help me in any way that was the least she could do. The most she was willing to refund me was $150. So at the end of the day I still paid $185 for black hair that I didn't want. But I was okay with that, I was absolutely exhausted and had to leave it be.

It wasn't until the next day that I realized my hair was breaking off... remember when my head was burning under the heater and she did nothing? Well turns out she fried my hair. I decided to call a few salons and get their opinions on the whole situation. I sent them pictures of my hair, told them what she did and how much she charged. All 3 salons agreed that the color was closer to black than it was to brown. They also said that the amount of money she charged me for all over color and a trim was criminal. Then they ALL offered to give me Caramel highlights... but when I asked Noelle to do that she said it couldn't be done. Absolutely hilarious. After learning all of this I felt even more ripped off, so I texted Noelle again and requested another $50 refunded. Because now not only do I have black hair that's breaking off, but I also have to go spend more money to fix what this woman did. But did Noelle respond? No, no she did not. Which is the only reason I'm taking the time to write this. I pray that this never happens to someone again, because it's one of the worst things to experience. I will be attaching photos of my hair inside and ouside and a text from another stylist backing me up

Noelle is amazing!  Salon is spotless, bright, and gorgeous. As a first time customer, I went for a spray tan. Prior to my appointment, I called explaining I have eczema, and very dry skin. Noelle suggested how to prep for my appointment. She also suggested that I get the moisturizing pre-spray prior to my tan. I was very concerned about turning "orange" due to being a pale red head. Noelle assured me I would not be.  The whole appointment was about 20 minutes.  Noelle has a wonderful personality, and made me feel very comfortable.  She even called me the following day just to make sure my tan developed evenly.  Now THATS great customer service!!  I highly recommend Noelle and Andiamo!!

I came here for a Brazilian wax for the first time and was met with excellent service! The owner is extremely professional, kind, and personable.  I left feeling well cared for and comfortable.  Will be a return customer for as long as I live in the area.

I have tried several services over the past few years and they are always high quality. My most recent color job has outlasted what other stylists have done and I just love it. Noelle works efficiently, but with care. In addition, she is always responsive to emails and texts. The salon is always clean, organized and nicely decorated. I recommend this salon to anyone needing a hair overhaul, simple trim, or sunless tanning service.
