Gigi did my hair a while back. I had been doing blonde highlights and it looked terrible. It did not go with my complexion and it looked like straw. I wanted to get them touched up, but she took one look at me and said, "I like pretty hair. Here is what we need to do." I knew she was right - I look better with dark hair - so I let her put in some dark color...I was uncertain when she suggested red undertones, but I went with it. Why not? It looked AMAZING. My hair is pretty again. She gave me a nice cut, too. I appreciated that she was willing to give advice as a stylist, not just add more drab color to my already damaged hair because that is what I thought I wanted. The prices were reasonable and the quality was excellent. I have been to many places and nicer salons around Charlotte, but this was the first time in years I was actually happy with the results of the cut AND color. Thanks, Gigi! She is also nice and puts you at ease while you are there.
