The best groomers, kind, patient, and understanding Bre listen to my horror story as I cried BIG TEARS and was able to get our Matilda (named after a Harry Styles song) in today after a cancelation, Brianna made our pretty girl even prettier, she helped me choose a cut, gave me knowledge and had compassion for what was a tricky day. OH, I almost forgot, the owner PERSONALLY emailed me when I mentioned it took months to get one thier calendar, She did that during the evening, talk about CUSTOMER SERVICE EXCELLENT!! WE are grateful

The best groomers around. They take great care of our fur baby and are so sweet and accommodating. I can't say enough great things about them!!!

Our normal groomer was booked and we decided to book our 4 year old golden retriever here. I asked them NOT to shave him but cut him a little short. When I picked him up they had shaved him which, if you know about Golden Retrievers you know you shouldn't do that. So we left a one star review for the visit. The OWNER (Cynthia) of Amazing Tails texted my wife and I coming at us with all kinds of excuses why they are not to blame. Got fairly nasty with us- super unprofessional. She even sent us a video of my conversation dropping off my dog AND picking him up to try to justify the mistake instead of trying to resolve. At this point I hadn't even asked for a refund. Today I had to bring my dog to the vet because he is having an allergic reaction to being shaved down and has an infection in his mouth from them cleaning his teeth. I sent the owner of Amazing Tails a copy of my vet bill ($500) and she called my vet because she thought I was making it all up. At this point, all I asked for was a refund of the grooming visit. Instead of addressing the issue, she literally called my vet. It's one thing to make a mistake. It's another thing to get belligerent towards a customer for wanting it to be addressed. After speaking with my vet, she texted us saying "There is no way to prove that the skin irritation and mouth issues were BECAUSE of the grooming". In four years, he's never had any issues and we were NOT asking for help with the vet bill, simply a refund on the grooming. I decided to create a post on my neighborhood Facebook page because we live close to Amazing Tails. I wanted to let my neighbors know of our experience but also wanted to see if my experience was a "one-off" and it very much was not. My neighbors had similar experiences with dogs being shaved wrong, unprofessional interactions with the owner and staff etc ... I try to support local small businesses because that's what it is all about. And I almost NEVER leave a bad review on here. But this is one local small business that I do not recommend.

My mom took my dog there 4/11/23 and my dog hasn't been the same since. They cut him down way too short when she said she wanted a teddy bear look. He didn't look like he had been bathed and his nails weren't cut. For $60 (he's a small dog) you would think the basics would be done. But he's walking and curling in on himself like they pulled a muscle or pinched a nerve. Plus the fact that they take no responsibility if an animal gets hurt while in their care is sketch to me. We just moved to the area and so we thought we would try them but never again. My dog paid the price for our connivence.

They all took such great care of my one year old Pug. She is all deshed now and so soft and clean. Thank you for your kindness with my baby.
