It's been 4 mo. Since my experience, but it's necessary I review her. I made a appointment with Lisa Oakley via text message. We communicated about me wanting both highlights and a cut . She knew what I coming for. But when I got there her appointment before me was still there & she said my appointment had to be pushed up. Then, when she sat me down she said "just a cut"! I said No, I wanted a cut and highlights. She said she didn't remember the appointment being for both and she booked an appointment after me based on the time it'd take for just a cut. She foiled my hair and immediately put me under the hot hot dryer The Whole Time! Then, when it was all burned and beyond frizzy bc she put me under high heat trying to rush a foil that should have been allowed to lift with barely heat, she had the nerve to blame me for the burnt hair. Mind you, when I went in my hair was virgin hair. I went to The Strand hair salon in Chattanooga today and Katy lifted my hair with only 5 minutes of heat at the end of no heat for 20 minutes; and it's amazing! She had to fix the choppy, chunky blond that Lisa did. Lisa doesn't listen when scheduling, may rush through your appointment and ruin your hair. She only cared about the appointment who was after me, bc she was perfectly happy with putting my hair under high heat for over 30 minutes and allowing it to burn just to meet her next appointment.
