Great location in a shopping plaza where you can find anything you might need. I've been a customer here for sometime & I absolutely love it! I visit every month for a touch up and some products. The salon is always clean & stocked.
There is a gift shop as you walk in & a wide variety of products to choose from. There's something for everyone!

I went here to get my hair done for my graduation. I had previously gotten the underneath of my hair bleached and was ready to have lowlights added to my underneath and highlights added to my brown hair on top so it all matched. My stylist was nice at first but soon seemed annoyed that she had to do my hair. She kept trying to use small toothed combs to comb out my hair (i have medium length thick hair)  and ended up ripping the knots out of my hair with it. I politely said she was hurting my head and she didn't respond and kept going. My hair usually takes 2 hours max when getting full highlights and it took her almost 4 hours to complete it. She never added the lowlights so I still had a block of blonde that did not match the rest of my hair. The cut was not straight and I had to go to another salon to get it fixed. She tried over charging me for a color correction, full highlight, cut, and style. I have never gone back and don't plan on going in the future.

Came to salon to get a trim. Stylist asked me what I wanted I said the length I was comfortable cutting off. Without having a discussion with me before more was cut off, the stylist cut off more that I asked. I paid for a service and I did not receive on my end the results I wanted. Salon is great, stylist was great, I didn't feel listened to.

The person who had been doing my hair at another salon, cancelled on me twice. In a pinch, i called Aidan James Salon and Spa. The extremely helpful and upbeat person that answered the phone helped me secure an appointment, the next day with Fanny. When I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and kindness. Fanny did a wonderful job consulting before my color and cut. She recognized an issue I had with my previous color and was able to share how she could fix it! The experience was lovely, she was a delight to talk to and she did a wonderful job on my haircut and blow dry. My hair turned out better than I even expected and I made my next appointment on the spot! The whole experience was a delight. The entire staff was fun and SO welcoming. I am so grateful to have found a new hair place after moving! I definitely recommend the salon and Fanny!

Kamryn cut my hair yesterday after not getting a proper haircut in 2 years. I'm a hairstylist too so i was looking for a place out of my town. She is amazing! Love my new haircut!! Thank you!!
