First time there, Waited ~30 minutes beyond appointment time for service. I arrived at a couple minutes prior to appointment time. Another customer who showed up shortly after me, and who it appeared was better known by staff - maybe a regular, was taken back for his cut. Afterwards, the same stylist took me. Either they were running way behind and didn't notify me in advance, or they slid him in before me. Received a basic cut, nothing better than Fantastic Sam's, but 10X more money.

I had been going to Jessica just for a hair style the first few times. After about four visits, I thought it would be ok to get some highlights. We discussed what I was looking for and I even showed her on the color board, so there would be no confusion. When she was done, they were not at all what we agreed on and I told her before I left the shop that I was not happy and she did not offer any solutions. When I went up to pay, I was charged for an additional service that I did not ask for or book. At that point, I just paid and left. Later that day, I called and asked if she could fix the highlights and she said she would have to charge me again. Needless to say, I will not be going back and do Not recommend going there.

I was there 3 weeks ago. Here are some pictures of what my hair looks like now. UNBELIEVABLE!!! What can I say except I'm warning you if you see Mitchell it's a mistake. I thought that using a Groupon I'd get a professional color and cut in the hopes that I'd come back and be a regular. Not the case, I got the least experienced stylist ( and I use that term loosely) with the personality of a damp mop. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!

I was a first time client, and had my hair cut by Teresa. She was GREAT! My hair looks exactly like the photo I brought in. The price was also very affordable. I think I found my favorite salon!
