Above & Beyond Hair Salon in Leominster, MA

Recently purchased a Groupon and followed up with a Facebook Message to the salon. I requested any Saturday coming up at any time. The response I got was "Sorry Saturday is full". Whoever responded didn't even try to book my appointment. Not a good first impression at all.

I purchased a groupon for 2 wash/cut/conditions for my daughters. Called immediately and made an appt for them with 2 different stylists for a few days away. Arrived 10 min. early since I didn't know where they were and wanted to be sure we weren't late. Sign on the door said be back at 5:30. (It was 5:20) Called numerous times and recording said they were busy with clients and to leave your number. The door was locked and no one was there. I left about 4 msgs. No answer and no one ever showed up. We left at 6:20pm. Last time I called I left my cell phone # and home #. They never returned my calls. I ended up getting a refund from Groupon. Hard to believe 2 different stylists forgot or had emergencies. Regardless, they never called and it's been 2 1/2 weeks. In addition, the house they are in looks awful. Peeling paint, lawn not mowed, flowers hanging over walkway. You couldn't pay me to go there now. Apparently they don't wish to honor their Groupons if you read other reviews. Why participate if you aren't going to follow through? Bad Business!

I saw the other reviews -but as I was going to be in Leominster and my daughter loved the salon- and they could fit me in before a trip, I took the chance. THANK YOU DEBBIE. I had the best highlights and root touch I have ever had. She took her time and blended my natural color easily while taking out my grays. I love her work and I felt young and beautiful when she was done. The owner was lovely in every way and really knew her color and processes thoroughly. She took her time, involved me in the color questions and goals and did beautiful work. She is a real professional, and now I will drive the 35 minutes to see her again.

I DO NOT recommend this business unless you enjoy being ignored and having your calls never answered or returned. I recently moved to the area and was looking for a new hair stylist. My mom gave me a Groupon for above and beyond for me to get a partial foil, cut and deep conditioning for my birthday. I was excited as it was close by and had exactly what I wanted, however I was extremely disappointed when I tried to get in contact with them. I called 3 times last week and got the machine every time. I left a message with my name and number and what I was looking for and asked them to call me back. I called back 4 times the next day and still no answer and it's been a week with no call back in regards to the message I had left. This is extremely unprofessional and I have no desire to give my business to people who don't care about the clients. We are in contact with Groupon to get the money back.

I went here after I bought a Groupon. I called to make an appointment and Debbie got back to me right away and scheduled me in. I got a partial foil, cut and deep conditioning and it came out exactly how I wanted! Debbie was amazing and was extremely personable! Definitely going there when I need my next foil.
