I had the Swedish massage with Barbara (plainville location)
and it was wonderful!! She is so very personable ( which puts you at ease right away)...but is also very knowledgeable at what she does....I would Highly recommend her
Alrighty so on 8/10 I got a lash lift and tint. About a week later, 3/4 of every single one of my eyelashes was fried off completely. They looked like someone took a weed whacker to them. I have fine blonde hair, as are my eyelashes, and I think that the solution was too strong for my individual hairs or that it was left on for far too long. My lashes were so long and beautiful, and the initial result was nice (besides for the fact that the girl didn't get the dye all the way to the end of my eyelashes on the left eye) and I could tell that they were really brittle right off the bat. They did not feel like my eyelashes, they felt like they were very fragile. I take extremely good care of my lashes and I was so embarrassed when this happened. I had THE shortest, crinkliest eyelashes I had ever seen. Even now, two months later after they have grown out, the tips of my lashes are still a crazy crinkly mess. I'll absolutely never have this done here again. I was mortified. Please do your research when choosing a place for your eyelashes- I couldn't find one review on how they did them at a moment away, so I figured I'd go for it. The only reason that I'm giving two stars is because the girl who did them was a sweet girl.

What can I really say? Just come here already for all your spa needs and wants. They are a extremly well reputable spa with an amazing staff. From the front desk, massage therapist, management, it's absolutely astounding! Everyone's happy, pleasant and most importantly relaxing. I'm a combat veteran with many issues that can only be worked out through massage, acupuncture etc...so I can say that I'm a well seasoned at my far share of spas and receiving services across the country as well as a bunch of other countries. Half of the stuff, I've never even heard of or experienced and I'm excited to experience them in the near future. Everything was explained to me in full detail and they don't recommend something unless it's needed in their eyes. There is no judgement or pressure, just options and guess what y'all you don't have to make a decision that day or worry about constant emails or phone calls. It's been almost 6 years since, I've ever received the amount of work and skill that I have in my 2 hour session. I sampled a few other treatments not from a typical chain spa or resort, so without comparing and leaving names out of it all...I will say this they all were 4-5 star Yelp, Google reviews and some referrals from the VA and guess what y'all none of them are in the same playing field. It's another level of classification in my eyes and I'm happy to say this will be the place I will continue to go for care. So, what I'm wondering is why you're still reading this and not driving there right now, checking out the website or calling them now. 14+ years I've been getting massages, Manis/pedis/facials and 5+ years for acupuncture/chiropractic services. You won't be disappointed!!! Enjoy your day and do something special for yourself, you deserve it!
Love it here! I see Kelly for a floor Thai massage.she is so beyond knowledgeable, she has helped me so much with my back pain. This place is extremely clean and has the perfect spa atmosphere.
