A M Nails in Oklahoma City, OK

I had a terrible experience and will not be back any time soon. I waited for 45 minutes for a manicure to start (I was planning to get a pedicure too). They were busy, so I asked if I should make an appointment and come back later, and the staff said no. When then manicurist started, they were out of the polish color I selected. I'm not sure why it was presented as an option if unavailable. I paid and tipped but left before my manicure was finished and before my pedicure started. Not the relaxing experience I had hoped, and in fact, I left due to being unnoticed by staff.

I am giving a three rating based on how well my nails look! Honestly did a great job on how they look. Unfortunately the cleanliness of the salon was outrageous. The person doing my nails cut my cuticle and as it was bleeding buffed over it and brushed over it with the same brush and buffer they use on everyone. During majority of the time I received a manicure and pedicure, I was treated as if I was a burden to the day. I only got a basic pedicure and a full set manicure. Next time I choose a salon I will choose somewhere I feel welcomed an comfortable not worrying what I had done to be such a burden, not to mention the outrageous pricing.

So, let me start by saying they do decent work. However, when they tell you how much they are doing to charge, ask them what they are going to do before you start.
The most expensive manicure w/ gel comes with a neck/shoulder massage, paraffin dip and hot towels and it's organic. I paid that price and what I got was my nails cut (which I did not want done), filed, cuticles clipped back and gel paint (only one coat of the color). No paraffin. No lotion. The hand "massage" lasted about 15 seconds and was just rubbing the cuticle oil all over my hands. I've been overcharged for my manicure here a few times before, but this was the worst. It wasn't even a basic manicure, and again they charged me the same as when I get the organic manicure. I've been going here exclusively for years, but I doubt I'll go back again.

I was a walk-in for a pedicure with my spouse. Even though it was busy, it didn't seem crowded at all and was very clean. I felt like my pedi was both thorough and fast, and my feet feel great. A little on the pricey side but I think I will be back.

I asked for specific nails and then she was unsure she can do them, so then I told her to paint my nails just solid white and she still insisted to paint the other nails, and told me it still cost me $79 for no reason and my friend got more details put on her nails for $45 and my nails still look like a kid did them
