Had the best haircut of my life here yesterday from stylist Janie! She took her time and her attention to detail was outstanding. Left feeling better about myself than I did when I walked in.
I actually love going to this particular Great clips I would give it 5 Stars but you all are busy enough as it is . I do suggest you download the app and sign in online and time you arrival for the time that quote. You may have to wait for one maybe two people to finish in front of you but better than waiting an hour. Also be respectful they have a system they are not jumping in front of you they have a working online or call in list that is always ahead of you if you just walk in.
I have been to this specific Great Clips twice. I have had the same stylist both times. She is really good. I wish I had gotten her name. I would have given 5 stars but my bangs have looked better. The price is good. You can get in line by checking in online. They seem to listen to what I tell them about my hair. That's not always the case at other places I have been to. My hair is difficult and I have been very happy with this Great Clips. I will go back.
Another business I would like to give ZERO stars to; but, am limited by this service to a minimum of one which they don't even deserve based on the interaction I endured earlier today.
Whoever the woman was that answered the phone when I called to inquire about arranging to get my hair cut this afternoon was very curt and ill-tempered. I was already on their website at about 3:20 p.m. which showed an approximate wait time of 18 minutes. When I inquired about getting my hair cut at 4 p.m., I was abruptly interrupted and told I could always check in 30 minutes early via the website but under no circumstances would they allow me to check in over the phone.
If you don't know how to talk to customers on the phone you don't belong in a service industry. Get an attitude adjustment or get another job where you can speak to people however you want but don't impose your rudeness on a customer who was at one time considering using your service; but, as a result of your obvious lack of people skills will never darken you door and will do their very best to make sure none of their acquaintance does so, either.
