I had a pedicure here, I was in and out within 10 minutes. Truly the worst pedicure I've ever had in all my life and I'm 57 years old. This place is so filthy. I don't even know how it passes inspection. My pedicure didn't even last a week. They did not massage my feet, they didn't file my nails, truly the worst pedicure I have ever had! Please save your money and don't go here.
Owner is extremely rude. I came in to get a pedicure and she had me wait up front. No problem at all until she took three people that had came in after me first. When she finally got to me I told her what color I wanted and she started yelling at me saying that wasn't an actual color they offered. What?? Then made me get out of the pedicure chair three more times to pick a different color. It was humiliating and embarrassing and she made me feel stupid because she couldn't find her own color that she offers. Also, it is so unsanitary, and if you speak up about an issue you are met with hostility. Will never go back.
I really enjoyed visiting this place! The nails look perfect even a couple days after I got them done! I really liked the girl who worked with me and the little girl was adorable. I am very very happy and I will definitely go back!
They do really well on nails. Especially Anna but they are kinda pricey and don't really have a huge variety of colors of regular nail polish. They're mostly all the same shade of a color or you may not even find the color you want. I will go ahead and say that a regular manicure is $10. To me that is a bit much for just that but if you are okay with the price then you do you boo.
I came back to A&K because my first experience was pretty good. The service I asked for was a fill in. I had one nail that had fallen off, so I expected it to be around 30. The older gentleman was nice enough and he worked on filling them in and we discussed the length and color etc. I had a few concerns about a nail or two during the process, he told me he wasn't finished and to "stop looking at them". After he was "finished" he said it would be 41 for total (which might as well be a full set) I paid it, gave him 5 bucks tip and got to the car.... well they were completely uneven some more than a quarter inch longer on one hand. So I went back in to show him and ask for it to be corrected. He argues with me, tries to move my fingers to make them even! He was frustrated w me for his faulty job, and I wasn't angry I just wanted them correct hence the 46 dollars I spent for professionalism. Anyhow, I'm not begging and I'm not going to be treated like an idiot either. Probably will NOT be back.
