6 Salon in Royal Oak, MI

This pic is what Tania and Derek call an all over toner. The cut was awful as well, amateur not professional! if you're not happy, as I'm not, you can get nothing resolved. They will stand behind their stylist, and they don't care if the customer is satisfied in the least. Right down to blatantly lying to keep from giving a refund. It's a bully type atmosphere! And the owners that remain silent and not one will return a call leaves me to believe they support such bullying. Terrible service and even worse customer service! If I could give 0 stars I would. Shotty/ box dye/ dIY QUALITY BUT PAID A PROFESSIONAL PRICE, still no refund.., at Salon 6 in Royal Oak, MI. If you like this TERRIBLE look ASK FOR TANIA! If you like, being ignored, and completely disregarded about your satisfaction ASK TO SPEAK WITH THE MANAGER NAMED DEREK! The other benefit you may get from speaking with Derek is the attempt at someone trying to be condescending ..if your skin is thick, no worries! I feel sorry for the ones that don't have thicker skin. He is cutthroat, tries to be anyway, in my opinion he's disgusting and pathetic, as is Tania and ALL 3 owners!

We used 6 salon for our wedding hair and makeup. We loved our stylists and although it was a little difficult to schedule/coordinate everything, we were supper happy with the end product! We were at the Detroit and Birmingham salons. Good vibes too!

Jenelle was fantastic, she made me so comfortable as this was my first time ever at a salon. she is extremely professional and very sweet, also gave me recommendations for my hair time as well. 5 stars, will definitely be back

i absolutely do not recommend. I would give it a zero but i can't. I am so fucking disappointed in this bitch ass place. I normally don't write reviews even if the place is really bad, although i don't want anyone else to feel this way. I can't even fathom how awful my hair looks. I don't even want to look in the mirror. Literally don't go here. When I got my hair done, it was towards the end of the night and it was so so so rushed, she did not ask how much hair I wanted cut off. She also left my hair sitting in bleach for so long and made me sit under the heater. i wanted my blonde more gold and I ended up with a platinum purple hair instead. My hair after one day not even was already starting to turn purple. my natural hair when air drying went from being wavy to know poopiyn unhealthy I get this isn't all their fault but I wish they would've at least done a test strand before. Look at that that's awful. Yeah it's really really bad. That's what mine looks like. I should a picture of my inspo and they didn't do what i showed at all in any way. i'm disappointed sad and quite honestly don't know what to do. I have an event coming up and i look like trash.

People don't know how to cut hair there they should hire people who know how to cut hair and not pretend they know what they doing this salon sucks ssss.....
