My hair was down to my low back and I wanted a new change. Destiny did an amazing job! She listened to what I wanted, made sure I was comfortable with the length and made suggestions which turned out perfectly!! The haircut prices here are unbeatable!! Definitely found my new favorite salon for haircuts!!
Made an appointment at least a week in advance. Twenty minutes before my appointment I received a call asking me if I would take a "dry cut" as opposed to the shampoo cut and style I had asked for. I said I'd prefer the appointment I had asked for since this was to be a birthday gift to myself. The receptionist casually said well we will discuss it when you get here. I arrived 15 min early and waited an additional 30 minutes with no One saying a word to me or giving me any kind of an update. I left. I will not go back. Very poor customer client communication
